Patient Care Is The Product You Sell

Sounds heartless, doesn't it? You're wondering how I can, in good conscience, view patient care as a "product" rather than the heart of your business. Easy. I know business. If your financial situation isn't the heart of your business, you'll go out of business. If you go out of business, patient care doesn't mean a thing. It's no more difficult than that.

How did it all happen? So many providers were told that caring for their patients was the key to their business. I'm not saying it's not important. Of course it is, but you better get your finances in order if you want to stay in business.
